MBTA Transit Police Misconduct?

Do MBTA Transit ever file false police reports. Indeed they do. Here is one story I found, but where is the follow up? http://www.boston.com/news/local/massachusetts/articles/2011/03/06/mbta_officer_suspected_of_misconduct/ BOSTON MBTA officer suspected of misconduct March 6, 2011 An MBTA Transit Police officer is under investigation for falsifying the facts of an arrest at a downtown train station, according to a law enforcement official familiar with the investigation. Lydia Rivera, a spokeswoman for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, confirmed last night that Michael Medeiros, an eight-year veteran of the force, has been placed on administrative leave with pay, pending the results of the investigation, but she declined to comment further. The nature of the arrest and motive for the alleged falsification of the report were not immediately clear. Medeiros could not be reached for comment. .................... Apparently, falsifying reports and records is business as usual at the MBTA Transit Police. MASSACHUSETTS BAY TRANSIT AUTHORITY, et al .......................... And on and on it goes, here is a case where the officer who was disiciplined sued the MBTA for trying to hold him up to their "standards." It seems that more than one MBTA Transit police officer files false reports to cover up what they said and did. http://www.mass.gov/anf/docs/csc/decisions/discipline/cintron-raphael-062608.pdf "In addition, by making false statements in his statement about the incident, the Appellant was not faithful to his Oath of Office, Oath of Honor or Code of Ethics." ................................
